The U.S.-Japan Council President, Ms. Irene Hirano Inouye, passed away on April 7th, 2020.  President Hirano Inouye continually supported and greatly contributed to our activities in the United States.  With great sadness, JITTI USA and JTTRI sent the following letter to the U.S.-Japan Council expressing our deepest condolences.
